The Mutant Liberation Initiative:
The MLI is a loose group of mutants banded together to throw off the yoke of Imperial oppression.  They have been controlled or manipulated by various beings / factions in the past.  The closest thing to a real leader among them is a Nurgle Magos known as The Master.   The Master's greatness exists primarily in his own mind, but he's impressive enough to the scummy underclass that makes up the MLI's ranks.
Name:  Diego

Description: Diego is an ash waste nomad that was mutanted by toxic dust.  He was banished from his tribe because of his mutations and is forced to scrape out a living as a hunter in the slag pits.

Notes
: Diego was designed as a low-tech sniper.  He generally gets off one or two good shots in a game.  Typically, his low speed results in him aiming at a target butt not getting the shot off before the target moves out of sight.

Model Origin
:  Diego was built with a torso from Quovandius, legs from Sgt. Stone, arms (and a cool rifle) from the mutant accessory pack, and a head from the mutant accessory pack.
Name:  Meat

Description: Meat is a regenerating brawler with the cyclopean mutation.  One of his hands has been replaced with a hook (implanted knife) and he wears an armored gauntlet on the other arm.

Notes: Meat was designed to be difficult to kill, but not good for much else.  His high toughness and regeneration allow him to hang around for a long time in a fight.  There is no truth that he was based on Mungo from Blazing Saddles.

Model Origin: I got this old Grenadier cyclops in a random box of assorted miniatures at Dragon*Con sometime around 1993.  I never had a good use for it until we started playing =I= and needed more models to flesh out games.
